Install on Seat Tube
Unlike the standard front mount, our rear mounting system will not turn with the handlebars. This gives your pup an even more stable base! However it also means you (the rider) have a little less knee space while turning.
Stable Steering
Bikes come in many shapes and sizes. We've design Canine Copilot with a variety of attachment methods so that the majority of designs will work: foldables, road, gravel, mountain, commuter, etc. (Unicycles would be an interesting challenge...)
Keep on folding
Designed with a mind for geometry of foldable bikes like Brompton and Dahon, the rear supports positions the Canine Copilot in exactly the right position while not impeding folding. (NOTE: With the mounting adapter installed the seat post cannot be fully retracted.)
